I don't know how to manage when the work spills into the weekend. Just learn to daydream so you have an avenue of escape.

Mohummad ali Jinnah was an idiot. He wanted aseperate muslim state when he wasn't even a strict muslim. He lived a very westernised existance. He smoked drunk and was just a trouble maker who wanted to be a hero.

Yes you are right...we cannot underestimate the people in power becoz they are persons who are responsible for ruin or prosper of a nation..their perceptions and political motto may suffer the so-called lambs/people of our society...

Never under-estimate the people in Power. But yes you raise a very important point. Is it cultural trends? Could be! It seems to me that people are like lambs in some respects. They can't think for themselves. They go along with the norm that surrounds them. People must challenge conformity in order to grow and evolve. Surely issues concerning power and control over people and countries should be speculated upon. Not everything we see around us is truth and righteousness. It's more a subtle bending of reality, so people won't notice the changes that are coming- socially, culturally and politically.

I can speak to this as I have undergone so many changes especially in the last year. Am I like nature? I feel very in tune with it yes.

Its happened with the second option i.e, England is making the match to a draw and hence Dravid's team had lost the oppurtunity of taking 2 - 0 series lead..anyways..its a series win after 21 years...cheer up...

That's a good theory and logically correct..but, can we restrict the channels for which they are attached so much...one way, we may hurt their feelings and if they sits out aloof...it inturns hurts ourselves...anyways...I will try to adopt one of your suggestion and let us see how it works...

I think it's because tv shows and cartoons are edited so that children are over stimulated. These edits are very fast and make the shows seem very exciting. Children become used to having information come at them at great speed and in short bursts, which makes processing information any other way seem dull.

That's my theory!

I grew up watching very little tv, and anything I did watch was censored by my parents. Because of this I read a lot of books and learned to make my own entertainment.

If I were a parent I would try to be very selective as to what my children were watching. Easier said than done, I hear you cry!
