Recession affect started in India too

So far, we are hearing lot of job cuts around the globe and not much affected in India..

But, since from last month we too are hearing lot many job cuts, reduction in pay, only 15 days pay etc in companies around us..

One of the software company in Bangalore has shown the way from the entrance itself for hundreds of their employees, and even not allowed to enter into the premises. The same is followed with all the major companies, but not this rudy. Because of high salaries, most of the employees had taken huge housing loans, car loans and other loans and due to sudden this recession affect, most of the employee's houses/cars are being auctioning because of their default in repayments. I believe, if this trend continues, there would be lot of social unrest, especially, among educated persons, mainly because of loosing/not getting jobs in the right time, inspite of very good educational backgrounds..

I didn't know whether to blame US alone or other factors, but impact is mainly due to wrong policies adopted by US. Being a fully advanced country in the world, Analysts/Researchers need to focus only on US and the corrective actions as soon as possible or else it would swallow the present employee community much quicker than expected. It is more worse than Taliban or Al-Qaida, which are known threats and can be identified and restricted, whereas, the present economy policies following by US is unknown and their impact on the entire world is like a virus....

decisions on birthday..

I had celebrated one more birthday last Wednesday...with my family...enjoying with them and with even colleagues at work place...all went well on that day...

In the night, before going to sleep just recollected the past and the happenings which has changed the life drastically...I questioned to myself whether did I achieved anything so far..yes..I thought ..but very little...how should I justify myself for taking birth and what is still to done in the coming years...as there are so many unfinished tasks...need to take fresh energy and move forward..and I know that there are some things in a particular life may not be possible..but, always need to take a positive spirit and should move forward..whatever the results...need to move forward..do something good to your family and to your society...yes..I had taken a strong decision and now only to make it clear...in which and what ways...we can help the society...hopefully i will explain in the coming days....in this blog..

and went to deep sleep..a bit relieved..

This New Year started with not much enthusiasm and so many promises from the company last year, were not happening or postponing indefinitely this year also. Like venturing into new domains, work-role, responsibilities etc.,..

Its a bit frustrating, as the things are not moving in the line I thought..

Is it common at all the working places or am I alone facing this problem? If others too are in similar situation, how they could able to beat these stresses?

Pak Turmoil - Repercussions on World!!!

Recent happenings in Pakistan is indeed a grave concern to many countries. Both Pakistan and USA are playing the games and other countries have become a mere spectators; unable to judge or make out the real facts behind and repercussions in the coming months.

Though its known to all, Pakistan is harboring and making the so-called Terrorists(whichever the outfit we name)more energetic than ever before. They have been changing their striking methods and groping all the new techniques and the strikes this time(if happens) may be so horrifying and devastating that some countries may be wiped out. This is because there is always a threat of takeover of Nuclear weapons by this terrorist groups. Recent rebuffing remarks by Musharaf that any mis-adventure by any country (indirectly referring to US)in entering into tribal regions to wipe out terrorist outfits, may be a horrifying for them, which indirectly tells how Mr.Musharaf is playing a dual role. One role being a support to fight against terror and second to save his own life, by supporting indirectly to terrorist outfits and protecting them from the rest of world and making a safe-haven for these outfits.

In this context, why world is sleeping??? Why US, which is so aggressive on Afghanistan, Iraq, North Korea and now Iran, is not striking the Pakistan tribal villages? Why both US and Pakistan are playing these dirty games and why the rest of the world need to suffer because of these two nations? Why not a joint force of all the nations act unitedly to strike immediately before they target (or may wipe out a city/country)the other nations. USA, being invested in billions, for their security, may be difficult for these outfits to attack and hence the other nations, which are weak, are being targeted this year. Need to think very seriously by many nations, as it much more dangerous than all other major issues like Global warming, AIDS etc etc..

My dears, please wakeup and do something and before your kith and kin or your wealth before being wiped out from this world.

Sensitiveness

Is sensitivity was imbibed in persons by birth or circumstances made him to do so? Most of the people are so sensitive that whenever a situation touches their heart, they wants to share with somebody their feelings and until they get consoled, they keep on thinking same again and again. It will be become habitual and they get addicted to this console.

In my opinion, the persons need to develop self consoling method, wherein they analyse and console to themselves rather than depending on others to do. This will make a person to be bold and can face the day to day situations easily.

Difference of Independence Day celebrations??

India/Pakistan were broken into two seperate countries exactly today 60yrs ago.

Both countries have chosen democracy led parliaments.

In India, the caste system have created a culture and states have been formed on linguistic based and has strong influence of Hinduism, family relationship etc. In general, Indians prefer to have long-standing personal relationships with any country in the world and so far maintained the same relations throughout this period. Due to plenty of available natural resources, India always stoodup on its own and contributed to the world by contributing some of its produces. Not only India has plenty of natural resources, it even produced many talented people, shined and contributing their efforts in number of countries throughout the world. Inspite of having 24 languages in India, sheltered under one umbrella, called INDIA and always beliefs in democratic way of Governments, running, or marching towards to join the band of super powers in all fronts.

Pakistan, though taken birth at the same time, concentric more towards religion and went through many ups and downs. Except for a period, 1973 and 1988-99 democratic form of governments ruled Pakistan and rest of the period, only Military/coup/Dictatorship ruled the Pakistan.

Why this difference when both countries of people of same ethnic origins till Independent? Is it the people, their social and cultural life around influencing to act or behave or induce them OR the persons who has ruled the countries made or shown the present paths???

Women and Nature!!!

Many people says its very difficult to understand Women's feelings. A women is said to have deeper and deeper emotions, which they never allow others to peep in. Is it true or they pretends? Women are compared with nature many atimes, as nature tends to give the softness and sweetness, Women too gives the people around with love, emotions such as hatred, sacrifice, selfishness etc..

Nature, exists in many forms and moulded into different shapes to give a new dimension and will be appreciated in whichever form it exists. In the same way, Women, undergoes many changes from their childhood to adulthood, and during these phases, they undergo so many changes and influence the people around, which may be joyness or sadness.

Its very difficult to digest the word, what would be the fate of world...without nature / women. It is the people around to change the nature/women to mould and to taste the beauty of nature/women.

Rahul’s costly decision

Yesterday, Rahul Dravid, Indian Captain, would have allowed England to go for Follow-on and England would have meted the same treatment as Indians did yesterday 186/6, and picked the remaining wickets on fifth and final day at Oval to wrap the Test series by 2 – 0, instead of 1-0 (as it might be..). This would have been one of the greatest achievement for Dravid (ofcourse to all Indians..) after all, after 21 years long standing waiting likely to achieve this fete. Anyways…life is full of hopes and we hope Indians to bowl out before the dawn and go for a party kicking beers and champagne…

Child's mentality

I was surprised when my ten-year-old son doing three things at a time. He sings exactly in the same tune (ofcourse some words will be minced) as it was heard on Transformers show on Disney Channel, draws the pictures of transformers like optimus prime...and imitates the same way the actors were pronounced in transformers.

Nowadays, its very difficult to understand child's mentality and their behaviour. They are so attached to TV and they will be always in trans, talking to themselves..playing themselves with dual / tripple roles played. But, when comes to studies, though they are sitting in front of books for hours, due to lack of concentration, unable to digest the topics fully and securing less marks during the exams.

Why this difference of intelligence exists?

We cannot call them as dull, by seeing tv, they could able to imprint the entire picture of images shown on tv in their brain, without missing any sequence, words etc...in very less time...but, when comes to studies, why they couldn't able to imprint the same.

Is it because of lack of concentration or purely negligence towards studies or other reasons? Due to which, initially both parents and children will suffer and later on, when they grow, they themselves are sufferers...

Dear Bloggers...please pass on your suggestions/advises how to overcome from this situation!!!

The so called Communists???

The strange thing in Nandigram, (situated in West Bengal, India) and the government ruling this state for many years (may be more than 4 decades) belongs to Communists party, which always oppose these ideas (of taking land from poor people) as these are against to their ideologies...But, its all together different now and they(so called communists)are standing in front and grabbing the fertile land from poor and donating the same to so called BIG Investors to setup an Industry (may be economy works here)... Here, we concludes only one thing that take a politician or the government (whichever runs the state) ...politicians are politicians only and they cannot change their principles (??? If they do have any such..)for their political survival or otherwise...these words reflects to even the BIG Investors also here, why they need to take a fertile land from poor (?? Nandigram) and do they not get a dry land in this state? .In my opinion, if you (Government/Investors/Politicians/Others) are impotent to give livelihood, you people do not have any right to take out their lives (by taking their fertile lands and bringing them on to roads...)

God & Mind

Everyone in the world, whatever may be the religion, is aware of some super natural power exists and named it has GOD. I am not here to debate whether any such force exists or how people had arrived to this juncture, but if you believe that some force that exists which has potential beyond human imagination and powers to control the whole universe, then the word GOD tickles in your body from spine to your head.

By myth or virtue, we all have a feeling that GOD will always do only things which are acceptable to all the humankind. Mind is like mercury, and if you divide your mind into two slots and named them as good and bad slots. Mercury by virtue of its property moves in a direction, whichever side having a slope. There will be always be some internal conflict in the mind, whenever you need to perform a thing, may be of good or bad.

Now, let us comeback to GOD. If you are staunch believer of GOD, then automatically your mind will be influenced and shifts more towards doing good things than the other or at least it will try to make your mind to rethink and tries to depict the repercussions.

Hence, belief in God is simply bringing the God inside your body to control on mind and the more belief in God means more control on your mind.
